Adenium obesum “Desert Rose” Origin: South Africa Flower: Ranges from yellow, red, pink to lavender Description: A beautiful looking succulent shrub that is deciduous--the leaves drop during the winter and return in the spring-summer. Amazing succulent that can reach as tall as 10 feet with a caudex. Its stunning flowers are tubular about 1 ½ inches long that often resemble plumeria blossoms. To encourage flowering, it is best to keep the “Desert Rose” in small containers and water only when the soil is dry. Sun: Filtered sun or partial sun Water: Water only once a week when the plant is young. When established, the “Desert Rose” is drought-tolerant. Frost: Not frost tolerant, best when at 60-75 ° F
Origin: South Africa Flower: unknown Description: A small succulent shrub that has variegated leaves with green and white streaks. With more sun exposure, the edges of the leaves may turn pinkish. Can grow up to 8 inches tall. Great as an indoor succulent or outdoor plant. Sun: Filtered light outdoors or bright indirect light inside. Water: Once a week outside; about once or twice a month indoors. Frost: Not cold or frost hardy.

Othonna capensis "Ruby Necklace" Origin: South Africa Flower: Yellow Description: A trailing succulent that can act as a filler for succulent container gardens. Can grow up to 2 inches tall and trail as long as 12 inches. Has green oval shaped leaves with dark purple edges, which become more intense in color during cold temperatures and less water. Sun: Filtered sun outdoors or south-facing window indoors. Water: Once a week outside; about every 14 days inside. Frost: Cold and frost hardy Sedum pachyphyllum "Jelly Bean" Origin: Flower: Yellow Description: Has green leaves with red edges. Can grow between 8 to 12 inches tall. Another variety is blue-green. Sun: Full sun to filtered light outdoors or bright indirect light indoors. Water: Once a week outdoors or about once to twice a month insidde. Frost: 30 °F.

Flower: White Description: A winter deciduous tree that can reach between 40 to 60 feet tall in the wild, but generally it grows up to 15 to 20 feet tall. Has tropical green leaves with short thick succulent stems. Makes an excellent shade tree or planted as a succulent bonsai tree in a shallow container. Sun: Full sun to filtered light Water: When young, water once a week. When established and in the ground, this plant is fairly drought tolerant. Frost: Not cold or frost hardy. Can tolerate temperatures between 25 to 30 °F for a short period of time.
